At Ethereal Muse Esthetics, we believe self-care is a necessity: not a luxury. The Muse Access Program exists to make professional esthetic care more accessible within our community while preserving the dignity of every person we serve.

Our first initiative is the Sliding Scale Program, which provides a limited number of reduced-cost appointments each month for individuals experiencing financial hardship.

There is no application process.

No proof of income.

No financial documentation.

No judgment.

Only trust, compassion, and a commitment to making professional self-care more accessible.

Each month, our participating estheticians collectively dedicate 20 hours to the Sliding Scale Program. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all monthly hours have been reserved.

Because appointment availability is limited, we recommend calling as early as possible each month.

Sliding Scale appointments:

• Must be scheduled by calling the salon. 
• Cannot be booked online. 
• Become available beginning at 9:00 AM on the first business day of each month. 
• Are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• Are available only while monthly program hours remain available. 
• Are generally limited to up to two hours of services per client each calendar month. 
• May qualify for reserved follow-up appointments when part of an approved treatment series. 

While you're welcome to request a specific esthetician, provider availability cannot always be guaranteed.

Appointments are scheduled based on participating provider availability and remaining monthly program hours.

When you call, we'll ask:

• Which services you're interested in receiving. 
• The amount you're able to contribute toward your appointment. 

This information allows us to prepare your appointment in advance so your visit remains seamless, private, and comfortable.

Every Sliding Scale guest receives the same experience as every other client who visits Ethereal Muse Esthetics.

Your payment amount is entered into our system before your appointment, so there are:

• No conversations about money during your service.

Whether your contribution is $40, $20, or $0; we honor it completely and quietly.

The Sliding Scale Program is intentionally limited so it can remain sustainable for both our clients and our team. Once all 20 monthly program hours have been scheduled, additional Sliding Scale appointments become available again on the first business day of the following month.

The Sliding Scale Program is the first initiative within the Muse Access Program.

As the program grows, we hope to expand access through additional initiatives, including student discounts and other accessibility programs that help more members of our community experience professional esthetic care.
